Our company will accept personnel that recognize our business culture and development vision, devote to the concomitant growth in the field of biomaterials, to both the research & development team, and to the Administration Team.
B. Running Principle of Research & Development Team
In Chongqing Farsighted-Blue-Dragon Biotechnology Co. Ltd., each project will be separated into small items, and small teams will be setup based on the research & development platform to solve the problems in each small item.
All of such small teams will compete for each item in any project.
The development risk on each research item will be covered by both the small team taken the task and the company. In fact, our company will evaluate the investment quantity, the need for the construction of research & development platform, the control of technical risk, the technical value of the research output, the roles of each crew in the research & development. Such evaluation leads to the conclusion of the value of each item, the contribution of each crew and thus the salary, cash bonus and share bonus in the final profit of the project.
C. Running Principle of the Administration Team
In the administration team, positions will be provided considering the need of the system, and crews will be recruited according to the positions.
Based on the achievement of the development goals, the contribution of each crew and its position to the achievement, the added value from each crew on the development potential of the company, the summed salaries, the cash bonus, and share bonus will be determined and shared.
